7. The total amount charged by the Plaintiff for work and
the materials supplied to the Defendant was $1,107.82.
8. The Defendant accepted the work and materials supplied by
the Plaintiff.
9. Pursuant to the terms of the invoice supplied by the
Plaintiff to the Defendant to which the Defendant agreed, the Defendant
owes 1\\ interest per month for each invoice with a balance unpaid for
more than thirty days from the date of the invoice.
