ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate in the Borough of New
Cumberland, Cumberland County/ Pennsylvania, bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Carol Streett said point
being two hundred seventy-five (275) feet in a westerly direction from
Maple street; thence, in a northerly direction by a line parallel with
the dividing line between Lots Nos. 149 and 150/ Section 3, of the
hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, one hundred thirteen (113) feet,
more or less, to a point; thence, in an easterly direction eightY-five
(85) feet to a point; thence, in a southerly direction along the
eastern boundary line of Lot No. 149, Section 3/ one hundred thirteen
(113) feet, more or less, to Carol Street; thence, in a westerly
direction along the northern line of Carol Street, eightY-five (85)
feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 149 and the eastern twenty-five (25) feet to Lot No. 150/
Section 3/ of the Plan of Cumberland Manor, said plan being recorded
in the Recorder's Office at Carlisle, Pa. in Plan Book 3, Page ~~.
