4. On or about July 22, 1992, Rakows delivered said
car to Sun Motors and the estimate was rewritten at ths same
amount, but Sun Motors listed soms additional work which might be
required which is attached to the estimate in Exhibit "A" as Page
3.
5. Sun Motors worked on the car at a leisurely pace
and in March of 1993 requested that the plaintiffs make a payment
on account and the plaintiffs promptly made a $2,000 payment.
6. In September of 1993 the plaintiffs voluntarily
made an additional payment on account in the amount of $2,000 for
total payments of $4,000.
7. On uecember 7, 1993, after having had the automo-
bile for almost 17-1/2 months, Sun Motors notified Rakows that
said vehicle was completed and presented them an invoice totaling
$15,707.96. A copy of said invoice is attached hereto, made a
part hereof, and marked Exhibit "B."
8. During the year and a half period that Sun Motors

Camp 1llll,I'A plaintiffs that the total charge would exceed their estimate of
$4,217.74 and those parts of the supplement to the estimate shown
on Page 3 of Exhibit "A" which were actually done.

9. The defendant has insisted that a balance of
$11,707.96 is due and has refused to deliver the car to the
plaintiffs unless full payment of the balance is made.
10. The price which the defendant is claiming for body
repairs equals or exceeds the total value of the car.
11. The defendant's refusal to deliver possession of
the car and its failure to advise the plaintiffs that the cost of
repair would be approximately triple their original estimate is
in violation of the implied contract between the parties.
12. The defendant's refusal to deliver possession of
the car has deprived the plaintiffs of the use of the vehicle
since December 7, 1993 entitling them to damages in excess of
$3,000.
13. The defendant's refusal to deliver possession of
the car has caused the plaintiffs to incur legal expenses and
costs of suit in an undetermined amount but reasonably expected
to exceed $2,000.
14. Plaintiffs believe that the reasonable value of
