1. The Plaintiff. George 0, Preble. is an Individual trading and doing business as Mason-Norton
Company, having his principal offices and place of business at 3 10 S, 10th Street, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Morlando Construction Enterprises, Inc, ("Morlando"), is a business entity of
undetermined nature having Its principal offices at 3 Holiday Hili, EndicolI, New York 13760.
3. The Defendant, Firemen's Insurance Company of Newark Is a business entity of undetermined nature,
doing regular business in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, with offices at 76 Ballerson Park Road, Farmington,
Connecticut 06032,
4, On August 26, 1993, Plaintiff and Defendant Morlando entered Into a contract for the delivery of toilet
accessories, fire extinguishers and cabluets, room signs, and other items to the Sayre Borough Hall, A true and correct
copy of the aforesaid contract is allached hereto as Exhihit "A" and incorporated herein,
