I. Said amo~t shall be p yab e in mon~ y installments of
$342.37 per month, with the first installment due June 10, 1994,
and continuing on the tenth day of each month thereafter until May
10, 1997, when the entire balance shall be paid.
2. In the event of a default of any of the terms hereof, the
undersigned hereby empowers any prothonotary, clerk or attorney of
any court of record within the United States or elsewhere to appear
for them and, with or without declaration, to confess judgement at
any time or times against each, any or all of the undersigned and
in favor of the holder hereof for the amount of the above sum plus
penalties for nonpayment, costs of suit, and attorney's commission
for collection.
3. The undersigned hereby releases all errors and expressly
waives all rights to any stay of execution, sequestration of rents
and exemption of any property from levy and stay of execution under
any law or rule of court now in force or hereafter enacted. All of
the foregoing promises are the joint and several promises of the
undersigned and shall bind the undersigned and all the endorsers
shall waive protest, demand and notice of nonpayment of this note.
4. The lien of this Note is specifically limited to the
property' known and numbered as 3511 Margo Road, Camp Hill,
