WHEREAS, David R. & Helen V. Warrick
of 177 Oak Hill Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
Douglas Brunner of 214 N,Hanover St, Elizabethtown , Pennsylvania
for the erection of a Cape Cod building upon
a lot of land situate in the Township of Frankford, Cumberland
County, known as Lot No. 15 Section "B" descsribed in a subdivision
plan for Francis X. Bender, Jr.
NOW, May 11, 1994 at the time of and immediately before the execution
of principal contract, and before any authority has been give
by the said David R. and Helen V. Warrick to the said Douglas
Brunner to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consider of one Dollar,
to Contractor paid by Owner it is agreed that no line shall be
filed against the building andlor land by the contractor, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmanship or
any other person for any labor or materials purchased or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
