in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the eastern dedicated right-of-way
line of Arcona Road (L,R. 21093), said concrete monument being on the
dividing line between Lot Nos. 4-B and 4-A on the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots: thence along said dividing line, South 40 degrees 51 minutes
50 seconds East, 448.15 feet to a concrete monument: thence South 49 degrees
42 minutes 00 seconds West, 202.00 feet to an iron pin: thence North
40 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds West, 417,51 feet to an iron pin on the
eastern dedicated right-of-way line of Arcona Road (L.R. 21093): thence
continuing along same, North 41 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East,
204,01 feet to a concrete monument on the dividing line between Lot
Nos. 4-B and 4-A on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the place
of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 2.007 Acres, and being known and numbered as 1426 Arcona
Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
BEING Lot No. 4-B on the Preliminary/Final 2 Lot Re-Subdivision Plan of
Gene and Nancy Enders, said Plan being recorded November 19, 1993 in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 67, Page 31,
BEING THE SAME premises which Gene C. Enders and Nancy L, Enders, his
wife, by deed dated February I, 1994 and recorded February 4, 1994 in
the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 101, Page 236,
granted and conveyed unto Mark W, Russo and Kim E. Russo, his wife.
