WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the above parties entered into a contract whereby the party of the second part is to provide certain materials and perform certain work necessary for the application of vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia trim on the exterior of 710 Bridge Street, as required, upon ground more particularly bounded and described on Schedule A which is attached hereto and made part hereof, and known and numbered as 710 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. 1J !)/l.j cr f- (pr -Jl I () -:; ~. <; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract, and in consideration of the above recitals and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid by the said party of the first part to the said party of the second part, that neither the undersigned contractor, or any sub- contractor or materialmen, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract, nor any other person whatsoever, shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. CiA '''RANK KELLY ~l': MARK SWEGER, t/a MARKARA CONSTRUCTION , SCHEDULE A ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of parcel of land situate in the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bridge Street at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 93 and 94 in the Plan of Elkwood, said point also being one hundred ten and ninety-eight hundredths (110.98) feet south of Eighth Street; thence westwardly along said dividing line, a distance of one hundred fifteen and thirty-nine hundredths (115.39) feet to a ten (10) foot alley; thence northwardly, along said ten foot alley a distance of thirty-five (35) feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 93 and 92, Thence eastwardly along said dividing line between Lots Nos. 92 and 93, a distance of one hundred ten and seventy-three hundredths (110.73) feet to the western side of Bridge street; thence southwardly along the west side of Bridge street, a distance of thirty-five and thirty-one hundredths (35.31) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. HAVING THEREON ERECTED a two and one-half story frame dwelling known as No. 710 Bridge street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. BEING all of Lot No. 93 on a certain Plan of Lots known as "Elkwood" and duly recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "M", Volume 5, Page 49 8.
