COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is United Electric Supply Co., a Pennsylvania
corporation having an office and place of business at 1601 South 19th
Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Gettys Builders, Inc., a corporation with an
office and place of business at 1901 State Street, Camp Hill, Pa. 17011.
3. Plaintiff furnished goods and merchandise to Defendant on
the dates and for the prices as set forth on a statement attached hereto
as E~hibit "A," in the amount of $9,573.51, against which Defendant is
entitled to a credit in the amount of $84.14.
4. Plaintiff has rendered to Defendant for several months
statements showing that the said $9,573.51, less the credit of $84.14
issued March 7, 1994, has been due and owing to it, together with
finance charges at the rate of 1.5Y. per month, and as to which Defendant
has agreed and has not objected, and therefore an account has been
stated between Plaintiff and Defendant in the amount certain, through
May 3, 1994, of $9,489.37.

1. The above-captioned action is at issue.
2. The claim of the Plaintiff is for $9,489.37, plus
interest from May 3, 1994, at the rate of 1.5 percent per month.
3. No counterclaim has been filed by the Defendant.

DEFENDANT'S ANSWER TO COMPLAINT
AND NOW comes the defendant, Gettys Builders, Inc., by and
through its attorneys, stone LaFaver & Stone, and sets forth the
following answers to plaintiff's complaint.
1. Admitted.
2. Admitted.
3. Admitted and denied. The defendant admits that the plaintiff
furnished goods and merchandise to defendant on or about the dates set
forth on the statement attached as Exhibit "A" to the plaintiff's
complaint. Defendant however denies it agreed to pay the prices set
forth on such statement and proof thereof, if relevant, is demanded at
the time of trial.
4. Admitted and denied. The defendant admits that it has
received statements from the plaintiff. The defendant denies that it
has ever agreed to pay finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Further, the defendant denies that the amounts set forth as due and
owing in the plaintiff's complaint are true and accurate and proof
thereof, if relevant, is demanded at the time of trial.

5. Admitted and denied. The defendant admits that it has
received demand requests from the plaintiff. The defendant denies
that the balance due and owing on its account with the plaintiff is
for the amount set forth in the plaintiff's complaint. Proof of all
amounts due and owing from defendant to plaintiff is demanded at the
time of trial.
WHEREFORE, defendant demands that judgment be entered in its
favor and request this Honorable Court to enter such addition relief
in favor of the defendant as it deems just and appropriate.
