BEGINNING at a Steel Rebar Pin in the easterly line of Sporting Hill Road, said pin being located e distance of 26 feet
east of the centerlina of Sporting Hill Road at the northwest terminus of a curve connecting the northerly line of Trindle
Roed IS.R. 0641) with the easterly line of Sporting Hill Roed IS.R. 1013); thence along the seld easterly line of Sporting
