Tiley, Esquire, and Borough of Camp Hill, by its attorney, Donn L. Snyder, Esquire, and Camp Hill School District, by its attorney, Richard W. Stewart, Esquire, as follows: I. The Appellant filed a Pelition fOI an Appeal from the Assessment fixed by the Cumberland County Board of Assessment Appeals by its Order dated April 22, 1994, wherein It set the market value of the premises located at 355 Nonh 21st Street, Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, at $1,500,000.00, 2. The applicable year for which the llbuve-captioncd assessment appeal was filed is the calendar year 1995. 3. 1854-145, The propeny which is subject of the appeal is Cumberland Assessment Parcel No. 01-20- 4. The parties stipulate that the total market value of the subject propeny as of the date the original Petition to the Cumberland County Board of Assessment Appeals was filed shall be fixed at S 1,200,000,00. llOClCW.ooo92IScplcmbcr 9, 19941RWSIPARI3B027 5. Applying the appropriate common level ratio of 7.8 percent to the fair market value, It Is hereby stipulated that the lawful total assessment of the aforesaid parcel Is $93,600.00. 6. The Cumberland County Assessment Office shall allocate the total assessment between the land and Improvements as provided by laws and the procedures of the Cumberland County Assessment Office. 7. The Cumberland County Assessment Office shall promptly notify the appropriate taxing bodies of the change In assessment. effective January I, 1995. 8. The new assessment shall be effective January I, 1995, and shall remain unchanged unless and until changed as otherwise provided by law, 9. Each pany to this appeal shall bear its own cost. 10. The Court Is requested to enter the proposed Order attached hereto. II.
