Sheely, Esquire, and files the fOllowing municipal claim against White Rock Sewage Corporation, a public utility corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office in a development known as "White Rock Acres" in Monroe TownShip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and having a mailing address at 1369 Swope Drive, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania l7007. White Rock Sewage Corporation is the owner of all that certain tract or tracts of land, and certain easements and rights- Of-way, including any improvements located thereon, being more fully described as follows: Land containing approximately ten (lO) acres and being located along Leidigh Drive, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania: and all other real estate, improved or otherwise, including any and all easements and rights-of-way for sewer lines, pumping stations and other appurtenances located in all public and private roads in the development known as "White Rock Acres," Monroe TownShip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and on other real estate owned by Penn Products Corporation, said land containing approximately 246.32 acres, same being unimproved land, along with all remaining subdivided lots in the development known as "White Rock Acres," including Lot No. 215 and all other JAMES 0, BOGAR. PENNA 17011 real estate, improved or otherwise, located in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as set forth in that certain deed being recorded in the Cumberland county Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book "S", Volume 13, Page 392, and other conveyances. All real estate and easements and rights-of-way for sewer lines, pumping stations and other appurte- nances, along with other related easements located in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. All pumping station easements and collection line rights-of-way located in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. All pumping stations, collection lines and all appurtenant structures and equipment being part of the White Rock Sewage Corporation system. Tax Property Map: 22-12-0346-025 and other miscellaneous numbers Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, Deed Book "P", Volume 25, Page 878, and other conveyances including all the Deeds of Dedication from White Rock Sewage Corporation and/or Penn Products Corporation to Monroe Township, either voluntary or involuntary, of roads in the "White Rock Acres" development and including any and all easements and rights-of-way for sewer lines, pump- ing stations and any other easements in the private roads and/or private lands in the development known as "White Rock Acres," Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for Township services and sewer rates levied and assessed from October 1, 1993 through and including March 3l, 1994 (4th Calendar Quarter 1993 through and including lst Calendar Quarter 1994).
