2. H 1:: R. Custom Built !lomes Inc" Defendant, is a
Pennsylvania corporation with an address at 1106 Ensy Road,
Ca1'lislc, Cumberland Count}', renns~'I'..anin 17013,
3, Edmuild l. Rotz, Defendant, 1106 Easy Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
.t. Defendant, H & R. Custom Dui I t Homes, Inc., purchased
building materials from Plaintiff and charged them to their
account as shown on the March 23, 1994 statement of account,
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
5. At the same time Defendant, H.R. Custom Built Homes, Inc.
applied for credit, Eugen<! I, Rotz, Defendants, .ic:ned a Pel'sonal
Guaranty Agreement as one of the Guarantors. A copy of which is
attached marked Exhibit "B" and made a part b~reof.
6. The Defendant, II. & r.. Custom Built Homes, Inc., stopped
making payments on their account leaving a balance due of
$29,321.40 making all parties involved liable for the balance.
7. Decause of suit an attorney commission of $4398.21 is
also due for a total of $33,719.61.
8. Defendants have fniled and refused to pay the balance on
this account.
