MOTION TO APPEAL
NOW COMES John F. Balliet, Jr., Defendant
above,
and moves this Honorable Court as follows:
1. Defendant is John F. Balliet, Jr., an adult residing
at 1883 Spring Rd. Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA 17103.
2. Plantiff is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau
of Driver Licensing, Room 103, Transportation and Safety
Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
3. Defendant received a valid Pennsylvania Drivers License
April 6, 1994.
4. Defendant received a notice of cancellation of driving
privleges on May 5, 1994, to become effective May 31, 1994, as
authorized by Section 1572 of the Vehicle Code.
5. Defendant is taking corrective actions as prescribed
by the Bureau of Drivers Licensing to forego cancellation and
obtaining proper clearances .
6. Defendant is appealing this cancellation, and prays
for a hearing of appeal on this matter in this court, as an
appeal will stay this matter, as provided in the Vehicle Code.
6. Defendant is notifing Plantiff by certified mail of
this Motion.
WHEREFORE, Defendant prays for this Honorable Court to
consider and act favorably on His Appeal.
