The Defendant executed and delivered to the Plaintiff, as Payee,
a Mortgage Note dated January 4. 1905, (the "Note"), in the
principal amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), (the
"Pl'Inclpal,l. and requlrillg tlw payment. of interN]t on the
Principal at the rate of Fourteen and One-quarter percent
(14.25~), per year (tlte "Interest"). 1\ true and conect copy of
the Note is attached hereto as Exhiblt"B" and incorporated
herein.
5. The Note obligates Defendant to pay to Plaintiff the
Principal and Interest In equal, consecutive installment payments
of One Hundred Eighty-nine Dollars and Twenty-five Cents
($109.25) each on the 4th day ofeach month beginning February 4.
