supplies. The Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, was in the business of
reselling dental supplies. The Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari,
had no involvement whatsoever with the business and is a full-time
homemaker.
4. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, agreed to buy dental supplies in
late 1993 with a fair market value of over $6,000. It is denied,
however, that the Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any
involvement whatsoever in this business matter.
5. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, accepted delivery of dental
supplies in late 1993 with a fair market value of over $6,000. It
is denied, however, that the Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had
any involvement whatsoever in this business transaction.

the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, did not question the quality of
the products delivered. It is denied, however, that the Defendant,
Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any involvement whatsoever in this
business transaction.

the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged that the dental
supplies shipped by the Plaintiff were free of defects and indeed
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, accepted the products. It is

involvement whatsoever in this businees transaction.

the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged that the goods
shipped were the ones orderei. It is denied, however, that the
Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any involvement whatsoever in
this business transaction.
9. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged certain unpaid
balances owed to the Plaintiff. Further, the Defendant, Joseph P.
Ferrari, acknowledged that fair Ilnd reasonable charges would be
imposed. It ie denied, however, that the Defendant, Elizabsth B.
Ferrari, had any involvement whatsoever in any of these business
transactions.
10. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged that the pricee
charged for the supplies were reasonable. It is denied, however,
that the Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any involvement
whatsoever in this business transaction.
11. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged that he owed a
certain debt to the Plaintiff. lie was, however, unable to pay the
debt. The Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, has never acknowledged

any debt to the Plaintiff and has never contracted with the
Plaintiff in any manner. Further, the Defendant, Elizabeth B.
Ferrari, has never had any involvement in this business
transaction.
12. Denied. After reasonable investigation, the Defendant,
Joseph P. Ferrari, is unable to ascertain the truthfulness of this
averment. Proof of same is demanded at trial. By way of further
answer, the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, believes and therefore
avers that the Plaintiff has improperly credited against the amount
due items which were returned pursuant to the parties' agreement.
The Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, is not indebted to the
Plaintiff in any manner whatsoever.
WHEREFORE, the Defendants pray this Honorable Court dismiss the
Complaint against them.

Defendants, Joseph P. Ferrari and Elizabeth B. Ferrari, by and
through their attorney, Joseph J. Dixon, Esquire, who respectfully
answer the Request For Admissions as follows:
1. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, t/d/b/a Ferrari Discounted Dental
Supplies, agreed to buy dental supplies in late 1993 from the
Plaintiff. Further, it is acknowledged that these supplies had a
fair market value of over $6,000. It is denied that the Defendant,
Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any contact, contract or any business
dealings whatsoever with the Plaintiff.
2. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, t/d/b/a Ferrari Discounted Dental
Supplies, accepted delivery of dental supplies in late 1993 with a
fair market value of over $6,000. It is denied that the Defendant,
Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any contact, contract or any business
dealings whatsoever with the Plaintiff.
3. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Plaintiff shipped dental supplies and that the Defendant,
Joseph P. Ferrari, t/d/b/a Ferrari Discounted Dental Supplies,
accepted dental supplies which were of excellent quality and in
accordance with industry wide standards. It is denied that the
Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any contact, contract or any
business dealings whatsoever with the Plaintiff.
4. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, has acknowledged to the Plaintiff
that the dental supplies shipped to him and his business, Ferrari
Discounted Dental Supplies, were free from defects. It is denied
that the Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had any contact, contract
or any business dealings whatsoever with the Plaintiff.
5. Denied. The Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, t/d/b/a Ferrari
Discounted Dental Supplies, never acknowledged that all goods
shipped by the Plaintiff were those which were ordered by him. The
Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari, had no contact, contract or any
business dealings whatsoever with the Plaintiff and has no
knowledge whatsoever as to the nature of the goods shipped.

6. Admitted in part lInd denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, t/d/b/a Ferrari Discounted Dental
Supplies, has acknowledged that unpaid balances owed to the
Plaintiff would accrue interest. It is denied that the Defendant,
Elizabeth B. Ferrari, acknowledged anything concerning unpaid
balances and further it is denied that she had any business
interests whatsoever in Ferrari Discounted Dental Supplies.
7. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged that the prices
charged for the dental supplies were reasonable. The Defendant,
Elizabeth B. Ferrari, denies that she had any contact, contract or
business dealings with the Plaintiff.
8. Admitted in part and denied in part. It is admitted that
the Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, acknowledged his obligation to
pay the debt owed to the Plaintiff. By way of further answer, the
Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, was unable to pay the debt because of
financial difficulties. The Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari,
specifically denies that she had any contact, contract or
obligation to pay any debt to the Plaintiff.
9. Denied. The Defendant, Joseph P. Ferrari, does not owe
the Plaintiff $6,660.73 plus interest. This amount is incorrect
and is specifically denied. The Defendant, Elizabeth B. Ferrari,
