COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
COMES NOW, Plaintiff EDWARD L KUIIN, through his attorney, James J, Kayer, Esquire
and avers as follows:
COUNT I - DIVORCE
I. Plaintiff is Edward L. Kuhn, whose current home of record is 9 Chestnut Ridge Road,
Gardners, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17324.
2. Defendant is Ilhyllls A. Kuhn, whose current address of record is 2762 Spring View
Drive, Chambersburg, franklin County, Pennsylvania 17201.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the Commonwealth for at least
six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on March II, 1979 in Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
5. There has been no prior actions of divorce filed inth!s matter.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken, and the parties are proceeding under Section 3301(c)
of the Divorce Code.
7. Plaintiff and Defendant are not members of the United Slales Armed Forces.
WUEREfORE, Plaintiff requests the court to enter a decree of divorce.
