bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-Of-way line of
Wineberry Drive at the northwestern corner of Lot No. 31,
Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan for lIarold D. Stoner "Whitebrier"
recorded in Plan Book 66, Page 121, Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office; thence South 36 degrees 25 minutes 52 seconds
East, 111.89 feet to a point in lands now or formerly of Gregory
A. Miller; thence along same South 54 degrees 26 minutes 51 seconds
West, 91. 01 feet to a point; thence along the line of Lot No.
33, North 36 degrees 25 minutes 52 seconds West, 110.49 feet to
a point on the eastern right-Of-way line of IHneberry Drive; thence
along same North 53 degrees 34 minutes 08 seconds East, 91.00
feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
