BEGINNING at a point, a parker kahlon nail in the center line of Springfield Road (T-333) at
comer of lands now or formerly of Robert G. Koser; thence along lands now or formerly of Robert G.

dated May 31, 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County
in Deed Book , Page , granted and conveyed unto Michael L. Craig and Tina L. Craig,
