COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Rosemary Lenker, is an individual residing at 6030
Edward Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2, The defendant, Alonzo Blair, is an individual residing at 1622 Derry
Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania,
3, On October 7, 1992, the plaintiff was the owner and operator of a
1989 Ford Escort.
4. At or about 11:45 A.M. on the aforesaid date, the plaintiff was
operating her said Ford in a western direction in a construction area on S.R. 581
in Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
5, At the same time and place, the defendant, Alonzo Blair, was
operating a vehicle owned by Nellie J, Cammack, directly behind the plaintiffs
vehicle,
6. As the two vehicles cleared the construction area, the defendant
pulled alongside the plaintiff, and then cut her off, forcing her into a metal
medial rail.
7, The collision was caused by the negligent or intentional act of the
defendant in cutting off the plaintiff.
8, As a result of the negligent or intentional act of the defendant, the
plaintiffs Ford was damaged beyond repair. Its value just before the accident,
less its salvage value, was $3,973,50.
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff claims of the defendant the sum of $3,973,50,
an amount requiring compulsory referral to arbitration under the local rules of
Court,
