JUDGMENT NOTE
$2,335.00
June 1, 1994
In installments and as hereinafter stated, for value
received, we, jointly and severally promise to pay to James R.
Scott of Carlisle, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, the sum of
Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-five ($2,335,OO) Dollars in
equal successive monthly installments of Seventy-five and 34/100
($75,34) Dollars each, commencing on June l, 1994, and continuing
until May 1, 1997, at which time any unpaid balance hereof shall
be due and payable, with interest on each of said installments at
the rate of ten (10%) percent per annum from maturity thereof
until paid; said installments and interest to be payable in
lawful money of the United States of America,
And further, we do hereby authorize and empower any attorney
of any pourt of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for
and to enter judgment against us in favor of any holder of this
note for the above sum, with or without declaration, with costs
of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with
fifteen,(15%) percent added as a reasonable attorney's fee, and
we do hereby waive and release all benefit and relief from any
and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state in
force of hereafter to be passed.
The lien of this judgment is restricted to 319-321 North
Baltimore Avenue, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. The lien of this judgment is postponed in lien,
payment and dist~ibution to the liGn and p~yment of the mortgage
between us and Farmers trust Company on aforesaid real estate.
