THIS AGRBBMBNT made the d ot'IJday of

between WALTER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, of 8 Southpoint Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
contractor, AND WALTER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, of 8 Southpoint
Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and
construct a single-family residential dwelling on that certain
lot of ground situate in Silver Spring TownShip, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 8 on the Final Subdivision
Plan for Clarence J. Kramer, Plan No.2, which said Plan is
recorded in Plan Book 45, Page l48. Being the same premises
which Raymond F. Oliver, Jr. and Michele B. Oliver by deed dated
September 3, 1987 and recorded September 1l, 1987 in Deed Book
"X", Vol, 32, Page 790, granted and conveyed unto Raymond F.
Oliver, Jr. Also being the same premises which Raymond F.
Oliver, Jr. by deed dated

conveyed unto Walter Construction Corporation,
NOW THERBPORB, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1,00)
Dollar to it in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and
all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that
no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained by
them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of
