DOROTHY BISSET
PETITION FOR INJUNCTIVE JlRT.IBF
1. Plaintiffs have filed the within causes
because of Respondent's refusal to surrender funds belonging to
the children which were not used for their support.
2. Respondent has indicated an intention to transfer the
said funds into trust in an effort to deprive the Plaintiffs of
having said funds available for the needs and maintenance of the
subject children.
3. Plaintiffs believe and therefore aver that if the
Respondent is able to do so, said funds will be removed from the
jurisdiction of this Court in an intentional effort to deprive
the children of the benefits thereof and that the Respondent does
not have separate funds sufficient to reimburse the losses.
4. Plaintiffs have no adequate remedy at law to protect the
children from the further breaching of fiduciary duties of the
Respondent.
5. Plaintiffs seek injunctive relief against the Respondent
forbidding her from transferring, alienating or encumbering any
and all bank accounts or certificates of deposit which are in her
name or the names of the minor children.
