5. Dauphin Deposit Bank accepted the application by
forwarding to the Defendants a Master Card credit card and an
"Agreement of Customer Payments Schedule" (Exhibit "A").
6. Pursuant to Exhibits "A" and "B" Defendants agreed to
make payments in monthly installments of not less than 5 percent of
the outstanding new balance together with interest.
7. The Defendants have defaulted under the terms and
conditions of said agreement, Exhibit "A" herein, in that they have
failed to make sufficient and consistent payments in accordance
with the terms and that the account remains seriously overdue.
8. The amount due and owing because of the default of
Defendants under the terms and conditions of said agreement as of
April 1, 1994, is $1,047.25, plus interest, attorney's fees and
costs of suit.

Deposit
Repeated demands of Defendants have been made by Dauphin
and Dauphin Deposit's counsel for the amount owing,
10. Defendants have refused to pay to the Plaintiff the sum
justly due and owing as set forth above is therefore liable for
interest, attorney's fees and costs of suit.
