HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-03121 . ~ EXHIBIT "AU ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the center of the cartway of U.S. Traffic Route 74 (S,R. 0074), said spike marking the common point of adjoiner of the within described tract, lands now or formerly of H. Robert Davis and other lands now or formerly of Jim R. Zeigler I thence departing from the center of the cartway of Traffic Route 74, and extending along lands now or formerly of Jim R. Zeigler, North forty-three (43) degrees fifty-nine (59) minutes twenty (20) seconds East, and extending through a concrete monument for a total distance of fourteen hundred fourteen and thirty hundredths (1414.30) feet to a tree; thence continuing North eighty-six (86) degrees four (4) minutes sixteen (16) seconds East, for a distance of one hundred eighty-six and eighty- six hundredths (186.86) feet to a tree stump; thence extending South two (2) degrees fifteen (15) minutes twentr-five (25) seconds West, for a distance of sixty-four and e ghteen hundredths (64.18) feet to a concrete monument which marks the common point of adjoiner of Lots *1 and *2 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of subdivision with lands now or formerly of John F. Stamy, 1111 thence extending along Lot *2, South thirty-nine (39) degrees zero (00) minutes zero (00) seconds West, through a concrete monument set on the northeasternmost dedicated right of way line of Traffic Route 74, for a total distance of fourteen hundred ninety-three and ninety-two hundredths (1493.92) feet to a point in the center of U.S. Traffic Route 741 thence extending in and through the center of Traffic Route 74, North forty-five (45) degrees twenty- four (24) minutes forty-four (44) seconds West, for a distance of one hundred ninety and thirteen hundredths (190.13) feet to a point; thence continuing in and through the center of said roadway, North fifty-five (55) degrees fifty-five (55) minutes twenty-one (21) seconds West, for a distance of one hundred nine and thirty-nine hundredths (109,39) feet to a railroad spike in the center of said cartway at lands now or formerly of Jim R. Zeigler, said spike marking the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 7.568 acres, and being designated as Lot *1 on a final plan of subdivision prepared for Donald R. Ohrum by FPE Consulting Engineers, dated June 15, 1989, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 60, at Page 21. BEING the same premises Karl F. Keefer and Susan L. Kennedy, husband and wife, granted and conveyed to Karl F.
