The parties hereto previously entered into a Custody Agreement on April 10, 1994 relative to their natural child, Ashley Nicole Woof, born July 20, 1992. 2. Mother resides in West Orange Park, Florida. The Father resides in W orrnleysburg, Pennsylvania. 3. The Child had previously been enrolled in school in Florida living with Mother. 4. The parties hereto believe it was in the best interest of the child that she be enrolled in the school district in which Father resides pursuant to the attached Stipulation. The school district requires a modification in the custody agreement in order for the child to be enrolled in school hence the purpose of said Stipulation. The Mother and Father shall have joint legal custody. 2. The Father shall have primary physical custody of the Child 3. The Mother shall have visitation and/or partial custody rights as the parties may agree. 4. The Father shall enroll Child in the school district in which he resides. 5. This Agreement may become an Order of Court. 6. This agreement shall supersede any prior custody agreement between the parties relative to the Child. 7.
