following order is entered.
1. The Defendllntt Soott Nastelli, is enjoined from
physioally abusing the Plaintiff, Jennifer Beaman, and from placing
her in fear of abuse.
2. The Defendant is enjoined from having any direct or
indireot oontaot with the Plaintifft inoluding, but not limited to,
telephone and written oommunioationst exoept for the limited
purpose of faoilitating oustody arrangements.
3. The Defendant i8 ordered to refrain from harassing and
stalking the Plaintiff and from harassing the Plaintiffts family.
4. The Defendant is prohibited from entering the Plaintiff's
plaoe of employment.
5. The Defendant is exoluded from the Plaintiff's residence
or any residenoe that the Plaintiff may establish in the future,
exoept for the limited purpose of transferring custody.
