WAIVER OF LIEN
The undersigned in consideration of the sum One ($1.00)
Dollar and other valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is
acknowledged, and in order to induce the making of a mortgage loan
in favor of Adams County National Bank on the real estate
hereinafter described and the issuance of title insurance or a
certification of title on said real estate, do hereby waive and
release to KIMBA, INC., a Pennsylvania Business Corporation and
Harmon-Graves Company, A Pennsylvania Business corporation, owners
of the said premises and the said mortgagees, any and all liens or
right to liens upon said lands or upon any improvements now or
hereafter thereon, or upon the monies or other considerations due
or to become due from the owner, said liens or right to liens
bieng on account of labor or services, material, fixtures, or
apparatus heretofore furnished or which may be furnished at any
time hereafter by the undersigned. The premises as to which said
liens or right to liens are hereby released are described as
follows I
ALL THAT CERTAIN property situate in the Township of South
Middleton, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to witl
BOUNDED on the North by property N/F of Mrs. Strunk, on the
East by Property N/F of Roy Weibley and Eli Otto, on the
South by property N/F of Donald H. Goodyear, and on the
West by the Carlisle-Mt. Holly Springs Road. containing
116 acres, more or less, and more particularly described in
the deed of Jane E. Craighead et al to John H., Woodburn,
dated September 29, 1889, and recorded in 3 Z, at page 506,
as follows I
BEGINNING at a post on the Turnpike, thence by the name and
property N/F of Rachel Craighead'S heirs, North 1/2 degree
East, 164 perches to a post, thence North 7 1/2 degrees
East 27.8 perches to a post, thence by lands N/F of Jonas
Rudy, North 68 3/4 degrees East, 70 perches to a post,
thence by lands N/F of George D. Craighead, South 14 3/4
degrees East, 155 perches to a post, thence South 75 1/4
degrees West, 54.3 perches to a post, thence south 1/2
degree West 41.7 perches to a post, thence South 77 Degrees
West 57.5 porches to the Place of BEGINNING.
LESS ANY ADVERSE CONVEYANCES OF RECORD,
