1. The defendant agrees to refrain from damaging or
destroying any property owned by the plaintiff or any property
jointly owned by the parties.
8. The defendant agrees to pay $64.30 for the cost of
filing and service of this lawsuit within ten days of the entry
of this order.
9. The defendant, although entering into this Agreement,
does not admit the allegations made in the Petition.
10. The defendant understands that the Protective Order
entered in this matter shall be in effect for a period of one
year.
11. The defendant understands that this Order will be
enforceable in the same manner as the Court's prior Temporary
Protective Order entered in this case.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that the Order of Court be
entered to reflect the above terms.

AND NOW, this 20th day of December, 1994, the
Defendant was directed to be here today on an indirect criminal
contempt which alleges that he violated my protection from abuse
order on November 24th, 1994.
At the hearing scheduled for today the Defendant
failed to appearl however, Arla Waller, Esquire, Assistant
Public Defender, was present. No reason was given for the
Defendant's nonappearance I therefore, the Court directs that his
ROR bail be forfeited and that a bench warrant be issued for his
