The parties to this IIction are the paternal grandparents,
NANCY R. JORDAN and JOSEF C. JORDAN, Jr. (hereinafter referred to
as "Plaintiffs "l, and the biological parent", JOSEF C. JORDAN II I
and HEYSY A. JORDAN (hereinafter referred to au "Defendants"l. The
parties hereto, deSiring to amicably settle and resolve all
outstanding issues concerning custody and parthl custody with
respect to the minor child involved in this action: JOSEF AARON
JORDAN, born September 27, 1993, hereby stipulate and agree to tho
entry of an Order of Court awarding cu"tody and partial custody of
JOB!F AARON as fOllOW":
1. The parties shall "hare legal cu"tody of the minor child.
All parties ohall be advised of any and all important matters
regarding the minor child, and shall have input into "uch matters.
2, The minor child shall primarily reside with Plaintiffs.
3, Defendant" shall have liberal partial phyll1cal oustody of
the minor ohillt.
4, Defendant" agr.. that they are currently unable to care
for the minor ohild due to extraordinary oiroumstanceSI Defendant
