serial number 6010-945 Is attached hereto as exhibit 'B'. A copy of the Invoice from Gibraltar
Industries, Inc. to Sigman's Mobile Homes, Ino. for the mobile home In question, Is attached
hereto as Exhibit "C',
4, Said mobile home was delivered to Petitioner after purchase directly to
Metuchen, New Jersey,
5, As a result of being delivered directly to New Jersey, no Pennsylvania title
was applied for, Neither Petitioner nor the retailer, Sigman's Mobile Homes, Ino. have a record
of any Certificate of Origin of the mobile home, nor of any application for, or Issuance of, a
Pennsylvania Certificate of Title, nor of a Certificate of Title for any other state .
6, The mobile home was manufactured by Gibraltar Industries, Inc" 727 North
Point Road, Baltimore 6, Maryland. Petitioner has been unable to obtain a replacement
Certificate of Origin from the manufacturer since, based upon Information supplied by Sigman's
Mobile Homes, Inc" Petitioner believes that the manufacturer Is no longer In business,
7. The mobile home In question was brought back to Pennsylvania In the
1970's, and Is now located on Lot No. 51 of Sigman's Spring Garden Park.
a. To the best of Petitioner's knowledge, no Certificate of Title was ever
acquired for the mobile home.
9. Petitioner, who Is now 92 years of age, desires to sell this mobile home, and
Is unable to do so without a valid Certificate of Title.
