JUDGMENT NOTE

On this date, the J.) day of '31~"'\', 1994, and in a manner as
described herein, I, DON PAUL SHEARER, promise to pay to BRADLEV
SNOUFFER or his assigns Eleven Thousand Five Hundred sixty-Four
Dollars and Fifty-Three Cente ($11,564.53) without defalcation,
value received, payable twelve (12) months after date in monthly
installments of Five Hundred Twenty-one Dollars and Ninety-Three
Cents ($1121.93) beginning July 1, 1994, with a like sum due and
payable on the 1st day of each and every month thereafter, until
paid in full, and, in addition, by way of a payment on August 15,
1994 of $l,lOO.OO and on September 15, 1994 of $1,100.00.
Upon the payment of twelve (12) monthly paymente of Five Hundred
Twenty-One Dollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($521.93), plus two (2)
payments of One Thousand One Hundred ($1,100.00) Dollars, as
described above, this Note will be considered by BRADLEY SNOUFFER
to be paid in full, and the Judgment will be marked as satisfied.
DON PAUL SHEARER shall have the right to accelerate payment of
the unpaid principal balance at any time without penalty.
Default will be defined a. failure to deliv.r any payaent, a.
deeoribed above, to the offio.. of Fried.ln and Fried.ln, P.O.,
P. O. Box ..., Hlrri.burq, PA 1710', on or before the fifth day
followinq the date pay..nt i. due.
And further, I do hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary
or any Attorney of any Court of Record in Pennsylvania or
elsewhere to appear for and enter Judgment against me for the
above sum, with or without declaration, with costs of suit,
release of errors, without stay of execution, and with 15 percent
added for collection fees, and, upon default, I hereby agree not
to make any motion or any application whatsoever to any Court for
an inquisition on any real sstate that may be levied upon to
collect the aforesaid sum, and I voluntarily condemn same, and
authorize the Prothonotary to enter said voluntary condemnation
upon the Writ of Execution. I further agres, upon default, that
any property, real, personal or mixed may be sold through a Writ
of Execution and further hereby waive and release all relief from
any and all apprisements, stay or exemption laws of any State now
in force or which are passed hereafter.
