Upon the payment of twelve (12) monthly paymente of Five Hundred Twenty-One Dollars and Ninety-Three Cents ($521.93), plus two (2) payments of One Thousand One Hundred ($1,100.00) Dollars, as described above, this Note will be considered by BRADLEY SNOUFFER to be paid in full, and the Judgment will be marked as satisfied. DON PAUL SHEARER shall have the right to accelerate payment of the unpaid principal balance at any time without penalty.
