dollar to him In hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof 15 hereby acknowledged, and the further consldera.

sub. contractors and materialmen, and alt parties acting through or under him, covenants and agrees that no
mechanics' claims or liens shalt be flied or molnt&lned by him, them or any 01 them agalnslthe said bultdlng
and the lot at ground appurtenant thereto, or any of them, lor, or on account 01 any work or materials
lurnlshed by him, them. or any 01 them, under said cotract or otherwise, 10r,toward,ln or about the erection

contractors and materialmen and others under him, hereby expresslywalves and relinquishes the right to
have, tile or maintain any mechanic's lien or claim agalnslthe said buildings, or any of them, and agrees that
this agreement waiving the right of lien shall be an Independent covenant.
