Further J, Michael Adler docs hereby authorize and empower any attorney of any
Court of Record in Pennsylvania to appear for and to enter judgment against J Michael
Adler in favor of Joseph D. Buckley and Karen K. Iluckley or the survivor mtheir heirs or
assigns or the then holder of the Note for Ihe sum with costs of suil, release of errors,
without stay of elCecution, with reasonable allorney Ices of twenty percent (20%) of the
face value of this note. and J. Michael Adler waives and releases all benellt and rellefftom
any and all appraisement. stay or elCemptionlaws of any state now in force or hereaner to
