Sixty days (60) days after the date wrillen above, J. Michael Adler, single man of
Uarrisburg, Dauphin County, promises to pay to the order of Joseph D. Buckley and
Karen K. Buckley, his wife, or to the survivor, their heir or assigns, two thousand five
hundred dollars ($2.500.00), without onset, for value received in the purchase of four
parcels of real eslale transferred to said J. Michael Adler on even date hereof.
Further J. Michael Adler does hereby authorize and empower any allorney of any
Court of Record in Pennsylvania to appear for and to enter judgment against J. Michael
Adler in favor of Joseph D. Buckley and Karen K. Buckley or the survivor or their heirs or
assigns or the then holder of the Note for the sum with costs of suit, release of errors,
without stay of execution, with reasonable allorney fees of twenty percent (20%) of the
face value of this note. and J. Michael Adler waives and releases all benefit and relief from
any and all appraisemenl, stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or hereafter to
be passed.

On December 23, 1993, before me, the under signed onker, appeared J. Michael
Adler, who Etated and swore that he signed the above judgment note with full knowledge
of its possible ramifications and that he, by signing the same was waiving valuable legal
rights and that he would have no recourse 10 challenge the note in court, and that he
agreed 10 he legally bound by all its terms and conditions.
