BRIGGS, Defendant COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE AND NOW, comBS the above-named P laintif f, Annemar ie Briggs, by and through his attorneys, The Law Offices of Patrick F. Lauer, Jr., James K. Jones, Esquire, and makes the following Complaint in Divorce I 1. The Plaintiff, Annemarie Briggs, is an adult individual who ourrently resides at 3 Robin Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The Defendant, Robert W. Briggs, is an adult individual who ourrently resides at Route 2 Box 179, Amaooco, Louisiana, 71403. 3. The Plaintiff has been a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately prior to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were married on December 17, 1990 in Amacoco, Louisiana. S. There have been no prior actions of divoroe or for annulment between the parties. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the oourt requlre the parties to participate in counseling. B. The Plaintiff requests the court to enter a decree in divorce. VERIFICATION I verify that the statemente made in thie Complaint are true and correct.
