COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Carter Lumber Company, a corporaUon with
place of business at 1840 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pa, 17013,
2. Defendant is Keith S. Clites, an individual who trades as
Clites Design &. Construction, with a place of business at 615 Old West
Road, Carlisle, ra. 17013,
3, Plaintiff has rendered to Defendant statements reflecting
the fact there was due and owing $18,095.96 through March, 1994, that
Defendant incurred an interest charge in the month of April, 1994, in
the a~ount of $271.44, and that the balance due and owing at the end of
April, 1994, was $18,367,40, as evidenced by Exhibit 1 attached hereto,
4, Although demand has been made on behalf of Plaintiff for
payment of said $18,367,40, Defendant has failed to pay same or any part
thereof, and an account certain has been atated between Plaintiff and
Defendant through April 30, 1994, in the amount of $18,367.40.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff claims there is justly due and owing to
it by Defendant the sum of $18,367,40, together with interest thereon
from April 30, 1994, at the rate of 1.5X per month.

before the Sale, along with the prescribed fee of Fifty Five Dollars ($55.00)
(b) All claims to the proceeds must be filed with the Sheriff before distribution
