AGREl~MENT

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Hushand and Wife were lawfully murrled on August 22, 1992 in
Cumherland County, Pennsylvaniu, and differences have arisen hetween Husband and Wife
in consequence of which they intend 10 live separate and apart from each other and have
consented to a mutual consent divorce; und,
WHEREAS, Hushand and Wife desire to sellle and determine fully and finally their
respective financial and property rights and ohligations, particularly those responsibilities
and rights growing out of their murriagc relationship al1llthe sellling of any and all claims
and possihle claims hy one against the othcr or aguinstlheir respective estates,
NOW THEIWFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and
undertakings hereinafter sct forth und for good and valuahlc consideration, the receipt of
which is herehy acknowledgcd hy cach of the parties hereto, Hushand and Wife, each
intending to he legally hound herehy, covenant and agree as follows:
1. Separation, It shall he lawful for each party at all times hereafter to live
separate and apart from the othcr pany, at such pluce or places as hc or she from til11e to
time may choose or deem fit, frce from any control, restraint or interference from cuch
