NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, the undersigned Contractors, Mechllnics and
Material Men, intending to be legally bour;d hereby have remised, released and

representativos, romise, release and waive to and in favor of Max Marbain
heirs,successors and oigns, hereinafter called Ownet., our right under IIct of

on record any Mechanics Lien or Liens against all the certain house and tract of
ground now titled in the name of the Owner situete in South Middleton Township
,County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania on the South SIDE OF HIGHWIIY
