NOW ALL HEN BY THISE PRESENTS, that we, the undersigned Contractors, Mechanics llnd
Material Men, intonding to be legally bound hereby have remised, released and
waived, and by these present do, for ourselves, our heirs, successors and personal
representatives, remise, re]ease and waive to and in favor of Max Marbain
heirs, succeSSOl-S and u ignu, hend na ftel- call ed Owner, our right under Act of
Assembly entitled, "'I'ho Mechanicu Lien Act of 1963, au amended", to file or enter
on record any Mechanics Lien or Lienu Ilgainst all the certain house and tract of
ground now titled in tho name of the Owner situate in South Middleton Township
,County of Cumbedand ana State of Pennsylvania on the South SIDE OF HIGHWAY
KNOWN AS and BEING Tract of_acres OR_feet frontage by_feet deep OR
Lot No.. See Note-1Ll on the Plan of Greenfields Dated as recorded and made part
hereof by reference, for any and all work done upon and materials furnised for
dwelling house or othor buildings or other improvements on said land by us in the

furnished on the sllme so that OWNER holds the said house and lot free and clear
of any present and future claims of any mechanics lien for any labor or materials
supplied or to be supplied by us in or towards any improvements to said lot, It
