4. The relationship of the Plaintiff to the child Is th~t of
father. TIle Plaintiff currently re~l~es with his parents, Reuben
and ~uth Strawser.
5. The relationship of the Defendants to tha child Is that of
mother and gran~parents, respectively. The ~ra~dparents reside
with the child and with Nicole's other daughter Elizabeth Nye, age
4. The whereabouts of ~TCOLE S. ~YE are unknown at this time.
6. The Plaintiff h3S not participated as a party or witness,
or in another capacity, in other litigation co~cernlng the custody

The Plaintiff has no Information of a custody proceeding
