ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises, situate, lying
and being in the Township of Silver Spring in the County of Cumberland
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of North Madder Drive (formerly
Bourbon Red DriVe) at corner of Lot No. 95 on the hereinafter
mentioned plan of lots; thence along line of Lot No. 95, South 25
degrees 48 minutes 28 seconds East, a distance of 125.28 feet to a
point; thence along line of Lot No. 97, South 65 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 126.76 feet to a point; thence along the
eastern side of Naragansett Drive, North 25 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 97.25 feet to a point; thence along a
curve to the right having a radius of 30 feet, an arc length of 47.75
feet to a point; thence along the South side of North Madder Drive
(formerly Bourbon Red Drive), North 66 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance of 94.39 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 96 on a Final Major SUbdivision Plan of Konhaus Estates,
Section II, Phase 3A, as recorded in Subdivision Plan Book 66, Page 3.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Allenview Inc., a Pennsylvania
Corporation, granted and conveyed unto Thomas J. Abraham by Deed dated
November 29, 1993 and recorded in the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland
