EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified
as follows I
LOT No, 13 on the Final subdivision Plan of Indian Hills - Section
I, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 67, Page 36, et seq"
as follows I
BEGINNING at an iron pin ir the northern right of way line of
catalpa Court at a corner ot uU(; NU, l'I on ...:.~ above mentioned
Final subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No, 14, No.th 27 degrees
52 minutes 22 seconds West 164,24 feet to an iron pin in line of
Lot No. 16 on the above mentioned Final subdivision plan; thence by
said Lot No. 16, North 34 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds East 17,45
feet to an iron pin in line of land now or formerly of Richard L,
Myers; thence by said Myers land, South 66 degrees 55 minutes 45
seconds East 127.02 feet to an iron pin at the northwest corner of
Lot No. 12 on the above mentioned Final subdivision Plan; thence by
