At the special instance and request of Defendant, Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a rental agreement for linen and kindred articles. Attached hereto, made part hereof and marked Exhibit "A" is a true and correct copy of the said contract. 4. Pursuant to said contract, Plaintiff supplied linen and uniforms on a regular basis to Defendant with Defendant to pay reasonable weekly charges until the contract was terminated. 5. As a result of the foregoing, Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff for the sum of $5,700.00, which was calculated in acoordance with the contract described. 6. Plaintiff is entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred to enforce the requirement contract described as Exhibit "A", which includes reasonable attorney's fees of $1,140.00 in accordance with the contract. 7.
