hereinafter referred 10 U Owner, wh~r~hy the former undertook and agreed to construct a one-story office hulldlng
on that cenaln 10101' ground slluate In Ihe Dorough of Wurmelyshurg, Cumherland County, Pennsylvania, helng more
particularly hounded and descrlhed on Exhlhlt "A" aU ached herelo and made a parI hereof,
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Thai the said Contractor, for and In consideration uf the
sum of ($1.00) Dollar 10 Contraclor in hand paid hy Owner, the recelpl whereof Is herehy acknowledged, and the
further consideration menlloned In the agreement aforesaid, for Its~lf and lis suhcontractors, and all parties aCllng
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanics' liens or claims shall he flied or maintained hy them or
any of them agalnslthe said hulldlngs and the lot of ground aflpurlenant thereto for or on account of any work done
or materials furnished hy Ihem or any of them under said conlract or otherwise. for. towards, In, or about the erecllon
and conslructlon of the said building on Ihe lot ahove descrlhed, and the sold Contractor, for Itself, Its subcontractors
and others under them hereby eXflressly waive and relinquish the right to have, llIe. and malnlaln any mechanics' liens
or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agre~ Ihal this Inslrumenl, waiving the rlghlof lien, shall be
an Independenl covenant.
