lellally bound, ISIIWOREE M. I'ARISER, an adult Individual principally resldinll at 37 West
Rldlle Street, Carlisle, Cumberland COUf1ty, Pennsylvania 17013 (herelnaller referred to as
"Obllllor"). promises to pay 10 Ihe order of HENRY LINE, an adult Individual whose principal
place of business Is located at 21 Dlckif1son Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Penf1sylvania
17013 (hereinaller referred to as "Obllllee"), Ihe sum of Ten Thousand Four Hundred FlIly-elllhl
and 97/100 (SIO,458.97) Dollars, without offset, payable In equal monthly principal and lf1terest
Inslolhnen18 of Three Hundred ond no/100 ($300,00) Dollars, sold payments to commef1ce on
June I, 1994, and continue for each subsequent eonsecutive month unlil all sums due hereunder
are paid In full. said monthly installment paymenl 10 be paid not later Ihan the flrst day of each
said month, The if1terest rate applicable hereto shall be calculated on an annual basis pursuaf1t to
the then current published New York Prime Rate tOllether with one percef1lum (1%) added
thereto, Ihe same being adjusted annually on Ihe anniversary of date of Ihls oblillation, af1d the
then principal balance beif1g reamortized at the adjusted interest rate. Any and all payments made
hereunder shall be applied to interest first and then to principal second. Obligor may prepay In
whole or in part any portion of Ihe prif1cipal or interesl due hereunder wilhout penalty at any time.
This Judllmef1t Note is givef1 in cOf1sideratiof1 of the Obligee loaning to Oblillor Ihe
sufficlenl fUf1ds In which 10 pay in full Ihe Obllllor's 1990 Nissan Palhflnder automobile. 11 Is
hereby allreed by Oblillor that inlhe event thaI Obligor receives Into her name alone the above-
mentioned vehicle pursuant to her pendif1g divorce, then in that event Obligor shall cooperate in
taking any and all f1ecessary actlof1s if1 which to place a lien on the above-mentioned vehicle
Ihroullh the applicable Department of Motor Vehicles. Further, In the evef1tthat Obligor receives
any substantial sum pursuant to any marriage settlement agreement resolving the outstandinll
Issues of her pef1ding divorce, Obligor shall be obligaled, to the best of her ability, to pay
remalnlnll balance due hereunder. I n addition, Obligor hereby covenants af1d agrees to use her
best efforts to reflf1af1ce Ihe above-mentioned vehicle whereby the remainlf1ll balance hereunder
shall be due Immedialely upon receipt of such funds. If Obllllor shall be desirous of selllf1ll said
vehicle prior to this obligation being paid in full, then Obligor shall f10lify Obligee 1f1 writing of
such desire, However. Obligor shall f10t be permitted to sell said vehicle without the express
wriuen consent of Obligee unless any and all sums due hereunder shall be paid in full flrst.
Upon default of any of Ihe covenants and promises set forth herein or In maklf1g any of the
payments as required hereunder, Ihe Obligor docs hereby authorize and empower any attorney of
any court of record of Penf1sylvanla or any other jurlsdictiof1 to appear for Ihe underslllned and to
enter judllment against the undersigned In favor of any holder of this judgment note for the
outslandlng balance due hereunder, with or without declaration. logether with Inlerest then duo,
and together with costs of suit. release of errors, and together with an allomey's commission of
five (5%) percent, and the undersigned hereby speclflcally waives and releases any and all benefit
and relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any slale now In force or
hereinafter to be passed, Judgment hereunder may be confessed on oKeculed or photoslatlc
copies of this judgmenl promissory nolo as many times and In as many jurisdictions as Is neceaaary
