real estate eituate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania by virtue of hls deed dated May 2B, 1992, and
recorded 1n the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in
Deed Book H, Volume 35, pago 1183. A true and correct copy of
said deed in attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a
part hereof. Plaintiff's said real estate is designated as
lands of Terry E. Fackler on the Plan deted May 1B, 1994 end
prepared by Hettew Associates, Inc., a true and correct copy
of which 18 attached hereto, marked Elthibit "8" and made a
part hereof.
