TWENTY-FOUH 'I'HOUSANI> 1100.J.AllS nnel 00/100 ($24, OOll, 00), the terms of
which loan are more specifically evidenced and set forth in the
mortgage indenture dated Novemher 20, 1991, and recorded November
25, 1991, in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Mortgage
Book 1036, Page 781, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhihit "A", and made a part hereof by reference, which mortgage
contains and is a second lien upon the property situate at 5235
Meadowbrook Drive, Mechani csburg , Hampden Township, Cumber land
County, Pennsylvania, being improved upon with a dwelling.
4. Said loan was further evidenced and secured by a Prime
Line Credit Agreement which acconvanied said mortgage dated
November 20, 1991, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "B", and made a part hereof by reference.
5. Harris Savings Bank, in consideration of the said
mortgage and accompanying Prime Line Credit Agreement, advanced
monies to LAWRENCE C. HULl, and LORHAINF: '1'. HULL, his wife.
6. The premises subject to said mortgage is more
specifically set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference.
7. LAWRENCE C. HULL and LOllHAINE 'I'. HULL, his wife, are the
sole owners of the said premises contained in said mortgage.
8. Said mortgage and note have not been assigned in whole
or in part by the Plaintiff herein.
9. LAWHENCE C, flUl,J, and LOJIHAINE 'J', HUU" hia wife, are the
record owners in fee simple of said premises by virtue of a Deed
dated July 2, 1976, and recorded in the cumberland County
Recorder's Office in Deed Dook 26-6, Page 21U.
10. No judgment has previously been entered on saill nlort-gage
or note in any jurisdiction, and saill instruments are less than
twenty (20) years old.
II. The oaid mortgage is in default because Defendants herein
have failed to PBY the interest installments of $157.43 for
December 1993, $157.43 for January, 1994, $167.95 for February,
1994, $146.94 for ~Iarch, 1994, $162.68 for April, 1994, $146.94
for May/ 1994.
12. The Plaintiff has given to the Defendants written notice
of intentiun tu foreclose on said mortgage as required by law under
Tlct 6/ dated Tlpr il 6, 1994, copi es of which are marked Exhi bi ts
"e" and "0" / relpectively / and attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
13. The Plaintiff has given written notice of default as
requi red by the llunltlOWner t s Emergency Assi stance Act of 1983/ dated
April 6/ 1994, cupies of which are marked Exhibits "E" and "F" and
attached heretu and made a part hereof by reference.
14. The anti ra prind pa 1 amount of Twent~'-Four Thousand
Dollarl and 00/100 ($24,000.00) has become duo and payable together
with interslt at tbe rate of ten percent (l0') per annum,
reasonable legal feel for collecUc'n of said sum in accordance with
the terms of laid mortgage less such 8ums as have been paid on
account of 1'1' Inl1l I'a 1 of the aald mortgage 8nd costs.

17. The Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff for the
following on said mortgage loanl
A. Principal amount and interest
due through 6/30/941 $25,135.97
B. Interest at 10\ from 6/30/94
to 1/7/951 $ 1,033.31
C. Attorney's Collection Fee. $ 1,257.00
TOTAL. $27,426.28
18. The Plaintiff believes and aVers that neither of the
Defendants are members of the armed forces or are in the military
service of the United States of America.
MIERlrORE, the Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment
against the Defendants LAI'IHENCE C. HUI,!, and LORRAINE T. IIULI., his
wife, for the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged premises in the
amount of 1'WEN1'Y SEVEN 'I'HOUSAND ~'OUR IIUNIJIlED 1'\'I[~N1'Y SIX UOLI,ARS AND
28/100 ($27,426.28), as set forth in paragraph 17 herein, and

2. That the Federal tax lien(s) referred to in
paragraph "20" of the plaintiff's Complaint in the amount(s) of
$8,138.19 is/are junior in time to the plaintiff's mortgage set
forth in paragraph "20" of said Complaint.
3. That the defendant, United states of America,
agreee to the entry in this action of a judgment in favor of the
plaintiff.
4. That the Defendant, United States of America,
is not indebted to the Plaintiff.

5. That the aforesaid premises shall be sold at a
judioial sale, notioe of which shall be served on the defendant,
united Statss of America.
6. That the jUdicial sale of said property shall
disoharge the Federal Tax Lien (s) referred to in paragraph "20"

diotributed as the parties may be entitled and any funds due the
