("Maker"), promises to pay to the order of Harold L. Platzer and
Kathleen G. Platzer, of J09 oak Lane, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the
Bum of rifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) without offset, with

interest at the rate of that interest then being charged by United
Airlines Employees credit Union to member borrowers, until maturity;
such principal and interest payable in equal monthly installments, the
first monthly payment to begin July 1, 1997, and each successive
installment being due and payable on the first of each month there-
after for a period of five (5) years, or until principal and interest

July 1, 1997 shall be paid, or payment postponed, as mutually agreed
to by the parties.
To receive payment of this Note, Maker authorizes, irrevocably,
the Prothonotary, Clerk of Court or any Attorney of any Court of
Record, to appear for him in such court, at any time before or after
maturity, and confess a judgment against him in favor of any holder of
this Note with or without ths filing of an Agreement of Default, with

release of errors, without stay of execution, and for such amount as
may appear to be unpaid thereon, together with charges, attorney's
fees for collection of fifteen percent (15\) on the principal amount
thereof, and costs as herein provided, and Maker hereby waives and

releases all benefit and relief from any and all appraisement, stay or
exemption laws of any state, now in force or hereafter to be passed.
For the entry of such judgment it shall be sufficient that the Holder
presents a photostatic copy of this Note for the confession of
Judgment,
All indebtedness provided for in this Note shall become due and
payable immediately, without demand or notice, on the occurrence of
any of the fOllowing: The insolvency of Maker; the voluntary or
involuntary petition by or on behalf of Maker under any of the
provisions of the Federal Bankruptoy Laws; a bulk sale of the Maker's
business assets or a Notice of Maker's intent to do so; suspension or
liquidation of Maker's business; or a determination in the sole
opinion of Payees, that Maker's financial responsibility has become
impaired or unsatisfactory to Payees.
This Note shall bind Maker, his heirs, SUccessors and assigns,
and the benefits thereto shall inure to the Holders, their personal
