The mother of the children is Ana D. Gerlach, currently
residing at 414 Lamp Post Lane, Camp Hill, PA 17011. She is
married to Plaintiff,
The father of the children is Charles D, Gerlach,
currently residing at 1401 Apt, F, Skyview Circle, Harrisburg, PA
17110. He is married to Defendant,
4, The relationship of the Plaintiff to the children is
that of father, The Plaintiff currently resides alone.
5, The relationship of the Defendant to the children is
that of mother, The Defendant currently resides with the
children, C, David Gerlach and steven E, Gerlach,
6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or
in another capacity in other litigation concerning the custody of
the children in this or another court,
Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding
concerning the children pending in another court of this
Commonwealth,
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the

AND NO", this 'lJf'1' day of {)C.tc.At.f'-- , 1994, upon
consideration ot t~ttached Custody Co~;iliation Report, it is
ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Mother, Ana D. Gerlach, and the Father, Charles D. Gerlach,
shall have shared legal custody of C. David Gerlach born
Deoember 7, 1987, and Steven E. Gerlach, born June 26, 1989.
2, 'l'he Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor
ohildren.
3. 'l'he Father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody
ot the minor children as follows:
A. On every third weekend commencing the weekend of
September 30, 1994. Until such time as Father has
adequate sleeping arrangements for the children, his
time on weekends shall be Saturday and Sunday from
9 A.M. until 8 P.M. At such time as Father has an
apartment where the children will have their own
bedroom, the alternating weekend schedule shall be
Friday at 5 P.M. until Sunday at 7:30 P.M.
B. On every 'l'hursday evening from after school until
7,30 P.M. On Father giving Mother 48 hour notice
that he is not available on Thursday evening, the
'l'hursday evening scheduled visitation shall be
changed to another day during the week.
C. For a period of two weeks during the summer months
tor vacation. Father shall give Mother notice at
least thirty days in advance as to when he intends
to exercise that vacation.

D. ~h. two week vacation mayor may not be conBecutive
depending upon the Bcheduling of the partieB.
B. For a reaBonable period of time on the ~hankBgiving,
ChriBtmaB and Easter Holiday, at such times as agreed
upon by the parties.
F. Father shall always have custody of the children on
Father's Day from at least 9 A.H. until 8 P.H.
Additionally, Hother shall always have custody on
Hother's Day. This provision shall supersede any
other provision of this Order.
G. Father Bhall enjoy a period of time with the
children on his birthday as agreed upon by the
partieB.
H. Father shall be afforded an opportunity to visit
with the children on the children's birthdays, at
such time as to be agreed upon by the parties.
I. Father shall not take the children out of the Harrisburg
area overnight unless Father gives Hother at lea~t five
days notice of his intention to make such a trip.
4. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by the
parties at a Custody Conciliation Conference. In the event
either party desires to modify this Order, that party may
petition the Court to have the case again scheduled with the
Custody Conciliator.
